  4. All project-related files and emails are stored on a password-protected computer that only I control.
  5. The data will be held in the systems I use to carry out my business: my email provider; invoicing; and internal documents (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).
  6. Files are backed up regularly to an external hard drive which is stored in a secure location.
  7. I do not share your personal data with third parties unless I have obtained your permission to do so.
  8. I may share project-related information on my website for promotional purposes providing I have obtained your permission to do so.
